Recently I’ve started seeing commercials for a little game that’s played on the DS that sports itself as a “brain training” game. Now, I don’t have a DS (and really have no desire to get one), so this little game is useless to me. But, for those non-gamers among us, there is hope! There are a few resources out there that can help you feed your head (no, not in a better-living-through-chemistry way) and have fun while you’re doing it.

You’ve got your Hipsterâ„¢, you use every GTD on-line application known to man, you have 18 alarm clocks scattered around your house, and your go-bag has enough stuff to take you through three Armageddons. Now, there’s lunch. Believe it or not, what you eat may effect how productive you are. Feed your body the right way, and your head may benefit.

If you’re not a strict adherent to the GTD book, and need to do a little tweaking to the system, why not just put the extra effort in and do it yourself? Here is a plan (in 3 parts) for making your own GTD system.

With all the GTD applications out there and the enormous number of websites dedicated to this subject, it might be easy to think that the internet is an automatic productivity booster. If you want to make sure it stays that way, and doesn’t become a detriment to your work flow, there are some things you can do to minimize the tube-damage..
