Tasty Tooth Whitener

September 4, 2007

The really bad part about tooth whitening products is the gnarly taste they have; something akin to a brick covered in diesel fuel.  There is an easier, and much tastier way to brighten those pearly whites.  If you’re not allergic to strawberries and have some baking soda laying around, you’re in luck!

Google Phone… Really?!

August 30, 2007

Much speculation has been bantered around about the possibility of a “Google Phone”, kind of like the last few months before the iPhone was officially acknowledged.  How does the possibility of a gPhone play into GTD?  It’s quite simple, really.  With the full Google/gCalendar/gReader/gEtc. integration that the phone is sure to have, on-the-go-organization is sure to be a cinch. Will the phone actually come out?  Who knows.  I, for one, would MUCH rather pay $100 for a gPhone than $400 for an iPhone any day of the week.

DIY Pain Relief

August 29, 2007

Everyone has the occasional need for an aspirin or pain reliever at some point. We get headaches, we get fingers caught in the garage door (trust me, not fun, happened 3 days ago and they STILL hurt like hell) or our back hurts after a weekend of cleaning out the garage. Over time, you can wind up spending a ton of money on “targeted” pain relievers, “sinus headache”, “severe back pain”, etc. Thankfully, there are some things you can do with just the things that are probably lying around your house that will make you feel just as good, and don’t leave a nasty aftertaste.

Food for Thought.

August 27, 2007

You’ve got your Hipster™, you use every GTD on-line application known to man, you have 18 alarm clocks scattered around your house, and your go-bag has enough stuff to take you through three Armageddons. Now, there’s lunch. Believe it or not, what you eat may effect how productive you are. Feed your body the right way, and your head may benefit.
